Subject to change. Although updated regularly, please contact us for rate confirmation. In the event of any discrepancy between online postings and rates posted at Rup’s Custom Cutting physical location, rates posted at the physical location will be deemed current and correct.
BASIC RATES:
* Based on COLD HANGING WEIGHT
CUT and WRAP: $1.20 / lb. (Minute Steaks, Stew Meat, and Stir Fry included with carcasses)
JERKY (Fresh Weight): $6.50 / lb.
GRINDING ONLY: $1.00 / lb. (customer will be charged blade replacement costs if the grinder is damaged by bullets or other foreign objects)
DISPOSAL RATES:
BEEF: $30.00
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Dirty Animals: $20.00 Frozen Animals: $20.00
GST will be added to all prices.
